For couples who have reached agreement on property and financial arrangements, we help you prepare a joint court application / consent orders to formalise terms of divorce. This includes:
clear, simple explanation of the divorce process relevant to you
review of your information and documents
preparing your divorce application, property consent orders and supporting documents
preparing any additional required forms (e.g. affidavit, super forms)
two 30 min calls with Divorce Works.
Divorce Application + Property + Parenting Court Orders (with consent)
$2,000
For couples with children under 18 who agree on property and parenting arrangements, we help you prepare a join court application / consent orders to formalise terms of divorce. This includes:
clear, simple explanation of the divorce process relevant to you
review of your information and agreement
preparing your divorce application, property & parenting consent orders and supporting documents
preparation of any additional required forms (e.g. affidavit, super forms)
two 45 min calls with Divorce Works.
We like being clear so you can make informed decisions; the packages above are for when you and your spouse are willing and able to file joint documentation, that is you proceed ‘by consent’. They do not cover contested situations where spouses are not in agreement, or not willing to file documents together. Standard court & administrative fees not included in the package fees.
